Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express within 7 days of receiving your order.

Explanation of charges other than product price

Additional charges may apply for remote islands and some areas.

If the total amount of your purchase exceeds ¥11,000 (tax included), we will cover the shipping costs.
*For Okinawa and Hokkaido, an additional fee of ¥1,400 will be charged for airmail.


We will ship your order within 5 days from the date of purchase. Due to DHL shipping, there are some countries where shipping is not possible due to DHL policy. Please note.

For international orders, customs duties will be charged depending on the country of residence. All customs duties will be borne by the customer. If you have any concerns, please contact customs directly.

Application expiration date

Within 7 days after placing your order. If payment is not made within 7 days after placing your order, we will assume that you do not intend to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
